Einstein once said that you cannot solve a problem with the same mindset that created it in the first place. Many political debates are stuck. Each side defends its view. Potentials for new solutions are not identified. Astonishingly, few organisations care about the basis of the political debates, the forms of thinking.

The goal of this evening workshop is to identify new ways of thinking which can re-define political conversations and the space in which they are taking place. We will give some examples of new forms of thinking and explore how they can generate new ideas and approaches to solve political issues. We will use a concrete case study, e.g. the deadlock at the Copenhagen climate change summit.
