Pro Action Europe is a not for profit association bringing together experts in interpersonal and organisational development and collective intelligence who think it is important to share their expertise. Indeed globalisation brings new challenges to individuals, companies and society. The ambition of Pro Action members is to point out the new opportunities as well as the risks for society, organisation and self and contribute to the realisation of a sustainable society.

Pro Action is an association to host communities of practice in developing everything what a person needs to be an effective change agent. Besides learning from each other and developing our projects, our members have access to cutting-edge learning opportunities.

The uniqueness of Pro Action Europe is the usage of  both integral and systemic thinking and dialectics. Indeed the present goal of Pro Action is not to bring solutions, it is to ask the right questions and try to build and connect on it thanks to the expertise of its members and to share it in order to bring more expertise and diversity and let them be developed or applied. This is one of the reasons why we have developed partnership with other associations that we think can relay our ideas when Pro Action Europe Members cannot.
