Pro Action Europe goal is to offer a trustable place for all generation to share their expertise, train each other , develop their innovative thinking for their own benefit and the one of Society.
Thus PRO ACTION EUROPE acts in three dimensions :
The self and interpersonal development. This branch offers to professional coaches the opportunity to share and develop and to individuals the opportunity to grow.
Organisational development. This branch is facilitated by experts who think that new organisational systems can be built in combining and rethinking present developmental systems. Currently Pro Action is focusing on the creation of a new management and leadership systems based on :

- Constructive developmental framework developed by Otto Laske
Society : Our final ambition is to act on the circle society. Indeed we think that the individual is part of a whole, is working in an environment and in a context (Companies and societies), all in constant move and interrelated to each other. Each branch is impacted by the others. When the society is not doing well, companies are not doing well either and neither do individuals. Innovation and creativity are at risk as well as education limiting our adaptability potential.
