Meeting of Minds Practical Information

Where : The conference will take place at Elewijt Center, a multipurpose meeting and seminar centre. Elewijt Center is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the E19 Antwerp-Brussels motorway. Moreover Brussels and Brussels Airport are only a stone’s throw away. The hotel has 42 spacious and comfortable rooms.

When : October 1 & 2, 2009. The conference starts at 9am-17.30pm. An optional evening program on Oct 1st will be organised.

Price: For Non Member 600 € for the two days without overnight (Room not included 92 euro per night).

For Members 300 € for the two days without overnight (Room not included 92 euro per Night at Elewijt Center)
